Please note: Pre-Nursery timings are different to Nursery timings. 

Nursery Times

Autumn Term:                      Morning session:       9.00 a.m.  to  1.00 p.m. (this includes staying for lunch).

Spring and Summer Term:   All pupils will be offered a full time place.

                                             Morning session:       9.00 a.m.  to  12 noon

                                             Afternoon session:          

                                                                              1.00 p.m.  to  3.15 p.m. 

The Nursery class open their door at 8.50 a.m. and the children are met by the Early years staff. The door closes at 9 a.m, by which time all children should be in ready to begin registration. 

We politely ask that parents/carers leave the school as soon as the bell is rung at 9 a.m. The gates are locked promptly after this time. Any latecomers are asked to go to the main school office and be signed in by an appropriate adult and reason for lateness noted. 

Transition

To ease the transition period at the beginning of term, there will be a three week transition and settling in period for all the Nursery children including those that were part of our Pre Nursery intake earlier in the year (should there be one).

This will allow staff to settle pupils and teach them lunchtime routines (where applicable) before having all pupils to stay.

You will be invited to an information evening in the term prior to starting and will be contacted by the school once this has been arranged, with dates and times.

Should we have a Pre-Nursery intake, they will be part time, mornings only.
