End of Term
Fri 22 Dec 2023I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you for all your support this term.
We have settled well into the new buildings and have adapted to different ways of running the school day. We are very grateful for your understanding with changes due to the on-going building works and hopefully, moving into the new year, any changes will be kept to a minimum.
It has been a very busy term with the children enjoying a number of notable successes and experiences including:
Criw Cymraeg participating in the local Jambori
Successful transition visits to Y Pant
A number of distinguished performances in the sporting arena
Enjoyable trips, and visits to Santa and the pantomime
Excellent Christmas concerts
Special mention must go to Corey Walker who won the Member of Parliament and Assembly Ministers Christmas card competition. His design has been used by both members, as their official card this year and has even been sent to King Charles.
Can I please remind parents that term starts for pupils on Tuesday January 9th 2024.
We would all like to thank you for the generous gifts we have received- whilst there is no need, they have been greatly appreciated.
We wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We look forward to welcoming you and your children back in January and continuing to work together to ensure your children continue to develop and grow.
Kindest regards,
Mr H Roberts

Message from the Welsh Blood Service - Please share
Thu 21 Dec 2023The Welsh Blood Service would like to say a massive thank you for your support throughout 2023.
The link we recently shared created 5 direct bookings. Those 5 bookings could potentially save up to 15 lives π
The link remains live and therefore this could still generate bookings for future blood donation sessions if you are able to donate.

School Drop Off
Tue 19 Dec 2023Could all parents/carers not drive up to the school gates in the mornings to drop off their child/ren. We are experiencing very high footfall through the main gates and cars turning around are a serious hazard.
We nearly had a serious accident yesterday with a car missing a small child by a matter of inches.
I appreciate that parking around the school is of a premium but your understanding in this matter would be greatly appreciated. We really wouldn't want a serious or fatal incident outside our school gates.
Thank you very much
Mr H Roberts
